What's good TOO?

Spent the evening cleaning 4 rifles and 3 shotguns ;) Wiped them down and ran a few patches down the barrels and put them back in storage but man did that HOPPES #9 smell oh so good.
 
My grandkids are staying for a few days. This morning while eating breakfast, I looked out the back door and a doe was standing there eating, less than 30 feet away. I told the girls (ages 7 and 8) to look at the doe eating our berries.

They immediately asked if we could shoot it, but I told them that sadly we couldn't as it wasn't deer season yet. The responsible 8 year old says, "Yea, we could go to jail if we shoot it now". The 7 year old wild-child says, "They can't put us in jail if they don't see us shoot it!". rotflmao

Congrats to your friends Gordo, there is nothing better than a newborn !

Me and the wife went to the movies last night for the first time in a long long time, we seen the Lone Ranger, its a decent movie not what you are really expecting though. If we did it again we would have probably seen something else and waited for it to come out on DVD, but it was nice just to get out with the wife for the evening
 
I've heard a lot of people say the Lone Ranger was not worth seeing in the theater. I'd like to see White House Down is Jamie Foxx wasn't in it. I refuse to watch anything that racist piece of shit is in...

One more week and I get this damn "tube" out of my arm and can start shootin the bow again!

My mom found out today she's 7 yeas cancer free. This is always a nerve racking week for her, so it is a huge relief for her and many others. Doesn't get much better than that!
