The Mrs pertty much bakes, I cook. So Father's Day is me trimming the other backstrap from my 2020 buck and making about half of it into some filet mignon's. I'll grill them out once they get seasoned and hit room temperature. I carve when still slightly frozen to get good lines.
Happy Father's day you dad's - I hope you get to rejoice in gratitude over a meal or two today .
I generally add some fresh split wild cherry to the grill for flame kisses...
