Glad to hear your challenge went well and congrats on your weight loss. Do you mind posting up what you do that has made it a continued success for you?
First off, my diet in the past was horrendous. I was the dad stealing my kids' French fries at Wendy's. January 1, 2014 I got on the scale and said enough is enough. My buddy who I grew up playing ball with was posting stuff on facebook about Advocare and what it did for him. He lives in Orlando now, so I sent him a message, got his cell, gave him a buzz to see what this was all about because he was talking about how it changed his life for the better in regard to his health.
After talking to him, I bought the challenge off of him. In a nutshell, it gets you eating right and also provides you with the necessary supplements to prime your body for optimal weight loss. The challenge got me started toward better eating habits and also helped me get on the right track in regard to my health. For example, I used to take cholesterol medicine and blood pressure medicine. Not needed anymore.
The diet is easy! Basically, you eat like a caveman. Meats (I lived off my venison), poultry, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc... NO dairy, NO bad carbs. Top that off with the provided meal shakes, Spark amino acid drink, Metabolic Nutrition Supplements, and here I am not at 191. The first time I did the challenge I lost nearly 30 pounds. The second and third time (the one I just finished) it was less, but the results were still great in regard to energy levels and just how my clothes fit. It's unreal the compliments I get from people who see me everyday and people who haven't seen me in a year or so can't believe their eyes.
The first time I did the challenge I lost that weight without exercise. I was too busy with work and starting my HS baseball practices.
During the summer, when I did the challenge the second time, I was hitting the gym every morning for one hour. For the first time in my life I started seeing definition in my abs. I've played sports since I can remember, and never looked like that in my mid section. So, yes... the gym will help greatly. I honestly believe this challenge and the Advocare products such as the Thermoplus and Catalyst speed the results up that I would not have seen if I just went to the gym without using them.
This last time I did the challenge, I worked out from home, but not with the intensity I did over the summer. The last weeks of deer season, work, baseball starting... they all took up my time. I still saw results.
In between challenges, I take Catalyst 3 times a day, Thermoplus once in the morning, and I've maintained the good eating. I also use their replacement shakes, meal bars, and snack bars when I'm on the go.

Fellas, I'm not bullshitting you. If I can do this a friggin monkey can.
If you are interested in the product, shoot me a PM and I'll guide you through the ordering process. You have to buy through a distributor. I believe in the products so much, and enjoy the products so much, that I decided to be a distributor to help people out in similar situations as I was. So, if you would like to try it, I'm your guy. It runs around $200 for everything you need minus the groceries. Best investment I've made in a long time.
