Weight taken off slowly and steadily has a

Sadly one thing I've learned is alcohol is killer for weight loss. Bums me out...
Well I'll be a SOB.Last Saturday I enjoyed an evening with friends. Cuban food and then the Big Bang piano bar. I got on the scale Monday and was up 5 lbs. No big deal; just water retention right? I'm averaging more than 15,000 steps per day this week, over 110 minutes of activity, I've been to the gym everyday, and I've eaten right. The result as of this morning is: 0.2lbs down. Lesson learned, no more fun.

Well...I ate way more than normal this weekend and had my fair share of beer...climbed up on the scale this morning to see how I was doing, to my surprise I was at 173.9 lbs! A pound under what my goal was. I was still over 180 last time checked a couple of weeks ago. From 205 lbs 5 months ago...down 31 lbs.
