How long did it take for the ab workouts not to suck? I'd like to start ab ripper x 3times a week in the mornings with my wife to get the ball rolling for her.5 more days until I complete the 30 day challenge on my abs. This is only the first level. 2nd level is gonna get tough I weigh 237 now.
About a week and a half . I hated it but didnt give up. I'm getting used to it now. The next level I'm about to do is gonna be hard. Good luck.My wife wants to do another 30-day challenge with her mother, so I'm joining in with the goal of getting to 195 or below. I'm going to go super strict this time when it comes to diet, but I'll also be giving up alcohol in an effort to correct some recent negative behavior on my part. I've joined a gym again, so exercise will be a big part of this challenge for me. The goal is to set the tone for the rest of the year by wiping the slate clean and getting as disciplined as possible.
