I think he is hiding in the corn up by our north block. I want to get you in there because I think it's going to be the best spot. bring your portable setup and plan for an all day sit as they could wonder out of the corn and into the block to eat acorns. This section gets hammered with scrapes and rubs about that time too. Should be some fun stuff going on up there.

I'm just giving you hell Adam. I couldn't shoot that buck. You have put all the hard work in locating him and scouting the property, and I wouldn't feel right shooting that buck. Besides, I told you I wasn't bringing my bow if I came up. Now, if we can get you shooting him on film, that would be sweet!
You could always plug a doe. I know you want to save your buck tag for one of your hard earned bucks you have been after.
I got bored and ran some preliminary numbers for you.
Pasture Cam = 689 with 50 of those being 10sec videos
Woods Cam = 1040 with 120 of those being 30sec videos
Both cams showed full battery when I swapped cards on Friday. Pretty good balance of day and night pics as well. I will keep the numbers going and post again when they are at half life.
I think the tree rat hunter across the road yesterday helped me out by pushing the deer back over to my side lmao.

I did see a few doe without fawns in there lol. I think I might be able to smack one of them in a couple weeks. That big 8pt moves his time 30min. earlier in the first video and he is toast same thing if he moves 30min. later in the second video.
That 8 is a stud Adam! Hope you get a good shot at him early! Is he clean? He looks it but I can't really tell for sure! If he is, there's no mass shrinkage there!
You know, I couldn't tell either and that is bugging the hell out of me lmao. One time he looks like he shed and other times he looks like he still has velvet on lol. I am hoping he has shed because as you said, No shrinkage at all or at least very little. See if I get any better pics of him next week and let you know lol.

I have the observation stand in place and it is only about 10 yards from where he is for those pics. I hope he starts coming in from the backside of that cam once the oak trees start dropping. Would make for about a 20 yard shot.
Just a little highlight of the cams so far this summer. Can't wait until next week to see if we can catch up with a few of these deer.
